Michigan Stinger has set a very high standard for trolling spoons. These spoons feature a thin design which gives them a fish attracting flutter action. Although they were developed to target cold water species, they have proven to be very effective on many other gamefish species. We carry Michigan Stinger Spoons in 4 sizes:

• Scorpion (2-1/4"): This is the smallest version in the Michigan Stinger Spoons family and is available in two types. The Lightweight Scorpion is primarily designed for trolling and the 1/2 OZ. Scorpion is perfect for casting and jigging. Originally designed for walleye, they have also gained incredible popularity with salmon and trout anglers. They are also quite effective in the spring for Browns and Coho using planer boards, as a slider off downriggers or any time small baitfish are encountered. These spoons break all the rules in regards to the old saying "Big Bait, Big Fish"... The fact is large predators often feed on very small prey and find these spoons irresistible. These spoons do not come with tape.
• Stinger Standard (3-3/4"): Developed to target cold water species. However, they have proven to be very effective on many other species including walleye and stripers. As with the entire product line, incredible speed forgiveness has been engineered in.
• Stingray (4-1/4"): This size was introduced in 2005 and was developed to target cold water species. Designed for big water and large fish, including walleye and stripers.
• Magnum (4-3/4"): This size is the largest of the Stinger line and primarily targets salmon and trout. However, it has been a proven winner for Pike, Stripers and other large freshwater and saltwater predators. As with the entire product line, incredible speed forgiveness has been engineered in.
