How fast is my order shipped?

Most items will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Certain items may take longer to ship in which case the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page. Once your order has shipped, we will forward confirmation to you by e-mail. All packages are shipped by standard UPS, USPS or FedEx at the discretion of Standard delivery is usually between 3-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination. You may receive multiple packages per order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout and is based upon your total order weight. The minimum shipping charge is $6.00.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can not ship to multiple addresses on the same order. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

Why did I only received part of my order?

We use multiple warehouses for fulfillment. It is not uncommon to have two or more packages for one order. Rest assured, the rest of the order will be arriving shortly. You can login to your account to check your order status and shipping information.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. As your order gets shipped out, we will send you courtesy emails making you aware the shipping status of your order has changed. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidently typed in wrong when placing the order, or it was rejected by your mail server and classified as spam. Please check any spam filters you have in place or email/call us to have us investigate your order.

How do I get a tracking number?

All available tracking numbers for your order will be posted on your order status page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the following countries:

On all international orders the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by the purchaser's country. cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations of international exchange rates between your currency and the United States Dollar (USD). By default, all prices on our website are listed in USD. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time for orders shipped outside the United States because we cannot control the time it takes any order to pass through customs. 

Due to high instances of fraud, we no longer ship certain items which are billed or shipped internationally and/or to any freight-forwarding company. The items include, but are not limited to, all top-shelf items, and other high-value items. If you order a prohibited item, we will cancel your order and refund you for the item(s). Please contact us if you would like more information regarding our international sales restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If an item you ordered from does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it. The item must be unopened and unused in new condition. Just contact us with your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply shortly with the correct address you can return the item. Please note that you must contact us and obtain an RMA number before returning your item(s).

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective due to shipping of the product, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges. Otherwise, return charges are at the expense of the purchaser.

Your credit card will be credited once the item is recieved and restocked into our inventories. Credits will appear in one to two billing cycles.

Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

You have 15 days to exchange any items purchased from the website. The item must be unopened and/or unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to and the shipping to get the exchanged products back to you.
